Caixa Geral de Depósitos sold the Camões 155 Building in Porto to Finangeste for around 20 million euros.

Located in the Trindade area of Porto, on Rua de Camões, this office building has about 10,000 square meters. It is fully occupied by DIAP do Porto, in addition to CGD itself.

According to information provided by Finangeste to Vida Imobiliária, the property will undergo a renovation process that will imply an additional investment of 3 million euros.

It should be remembered that in the summer of 2020 Finangeste reinforced its presence in Porto with the purchase of Trindade Domus, in partnership with an institutional investor based in the United Kingdom, for 40.5 million euros, from Substância Numérica.
